Description  :  Two layers PVC/PE thermoforable laminated films

 

Application  :  used mostly in pharmaceutical and food industries. This film is suitable for form-fill-seal machine for food packaging in pharmaceutical industry mostly used for suppositories and other large size tablets/capsules where flexability and deep draw packing is required.

 

Thickness 120-800 micron  (  Base film  )

PE thickness 30-50 micron

 

Colours  :  Clear , Transparent , White , Opaque , Orange , Yellow , Red , Green , Blue , Brown , Silver , Gold

 

PVC/PE laminated film is produced on state-of-the-art calender lines and then laminated under controlled environment. The entire process is stringent and ensures high quality , it provides protection from defects like orange peel effect and air bubbles. It is non-toxic , tasteless and odourless.
