Description  : Two layer PVC/PVDC coated films for blisters

 

Application  :  owing to it’s high barrier properties this film is used in pharmaceutical industry in the blister packing of tablets , capsules and products which are moisture sensitive

 

Thickness  :  190 micron-400 micron  (  Base film )

 

PVDC Coatings  :  40 gsm , 60 gsm , 90 gsm , 120 gsm , 180 gsm

 

Colours  :  Wide range of clear , Transparent and Opaque colour

 

PVDC coated PVC film for high barrier packaging solutions. Base PVC film is produced on state-of-the-art calender lines and then coated through reverse gravure kiss coating process. PVC/PVDC film is free from defects like air bubbles and orange peel effects. The coating is consistent , precise and provides barrier from oxygen , water , vapour and aromas. It is produced in a controlled environment.
